A:HELL. NO. This ISN’T a place for women flaunting there stuff, who are thin, slim and intimidating. This is for women who are frustrated with doing various diets. Women who find the gym, scary and boring. Women who don’t want to feel out of place and as if they’re being stared at. Women who struggle to get results.
It’s PERFECT for you if you are JUST starting and don’t want to be the odd one out. Everyone here is in the exact same boat as you. A:No way! You’re going to be following my, eat more lose more simple nutrition plan. The nutrition side of The Fit Body Formula is VERY SIMPLE. And to make it even simpler you have recipes for each of the 7 days.
I’ll tell you EXACTLY what to have for breakfast, lunch AND dinner each day. Less brain work and no guess work! YIPEEE!
