”Last few years I have had gym membership with various companies. I even had one at work, which I hardly ever visited! I ate junk food and then would force myself to work out on a treadmill to justify all that bad eating. I couldn’t even walk up a flight of stairs without running out of breath and I clearly knew that change was necessary. I am a mother of two so needed a way of training without it effecting my homelife.
I already knew a member, but nevertheless I was a little apprehensive. I was worried I would competing against very fit women who had been going to Fit Body Formula for years. I was hoping that the sessions would be varied. I hated the idea of doing the same session over and over again.
Cliché as it may sound, this has been the best journey I have taken myself on. I have a time slot that works for me, normally I attend at the 5.50am on most occasions, however there are enough slots throughout the day so you book and walk in whenever it suits you. Michael and the team are always supportive and available for any questions. I have been following the recipes, which have been fantastic. As I was vegan, the recipes are adaptable and will work with everyone. This lifestyle choice has affected my whole household and has been positive step forward.
As for my results, I have lost around 4Kg over the course of 6 weeks. It was enough to fit into those old clothes again. Overall my fitness levels have improved dramatically since joining this group. I have met some wonderful people and we all support each other regularly.
