“I am going to really knuckle down this year, eat healthy,
and train often”.
Probably the same as what you said last year too, and nothing much has changed?
Well whether you did or not, Maria decided she would, and that she’d stick to it.
So she decided to reach out for that extra bit of help from us at The Fit Body Formula.
Pretty wise move considering in the time she has knuckled down, some of us having already stopped and restarted.
Same old going round in circles ey?
In that time since about the 9th Jan, Maria has dropped 20lbs and 15cms off her tummy!
Or should I say 1 stone 6lbs!?

This is what she has done.
1. Trained At Least 3x Per Week
You don’t need to be wasting time, training for hours on end getting no results.
When you know what to be doing, your workout is a lot more efficient and results based. The Fit Body Formula is a bit like having a personal trainer in Windsor, but without the cost, as we train in a group after the same goal.
The workouts she has done with us have been only 30 minutes. So they’ve fitted around her busy schedule, and have got her amazing results.
We have done this by focusing on exercises that work more than 1 muscle at once. The more muscles you work, the more energy/calories you burn.
Exercises like, dumbbell squat presses, trx rows, and boxing on punchbags have worked a lot of muscles all at once.
We haven’t done any running, cycling, or rowing which are your standard, may I say it “boring” gym workouts. We’re not your regular gym in windsor.
2. Ate Carbs and Followed What I’ve Set Out
There is nothing wrong with carbs. You probably just have to many right now, and at the wrong times.
She has simply followed my instructions of when to eat them, what type and when, meaning she’s got great results.
The thing is most diets work, but if you don’t follow them they won’t work.
We have been manipulating her carb intake so that she can tap straight into her fat stores, instead of constantly working to burn off her carbohydrate stores.
When it comes to carbs we stick to the vegetable type like: Sweet Potato, Potato, Parnsips, Sweetcorn, Rice, Carrots etc
We’ve avoided processed carbs like: Pasta’s, Crisps, and anything else that DOESN’T GROW NATURALLY.
The most important time we’ve had them is after our workouts, and about a fist size amount.
3. Been Consistent
She hasn’t really slipped up. She’s had me and her fellow workout buddies support her thought which has helped so much with her staying accountable.
In fact she’s probably had more accountability than what other personal trainers in windsor provide.
If she has slipped up, she got back on track at the next meal.
She didn’t wait to get back on track on Monday.
You have to remember if you slip, don’t beat yourself up about it.
You’re only 1 workout, or 1 meal away from being back on track.
