What’s more shocking is this has happened in the last 6 weeks.
Yes it sounds impossible.
And you maybe fooled here i’ll get to why in a sec…
But imagine carrying 3 babies around everyday as part of your body weight.
Your joints would suffer and you wouldn’t be feeling that great.
Well Lisa HASN’T actually lost 3 “actual” babies…
She’s lost the weight of 3 babies and a bag of sugar 😉
That’s 24lbs in the last 6 weeks.
Average baby weight about 7lbs 8oz.
Imagine holding 3 of them little cuties every living moment you’re awake?
It’s a fair bit of weight.
But here’s something you may not even realise…
You’re tired, and worn out everyday, lacking motivation and lacking confidence.
You have NO energy.
In fact you probably know that…
BUT you probably think exercising is going to wear you out even more, making you more tired and lacking even more energy.
If you have 2 stone to lose, and you’re carrying that extra weight. Are you surprised at how low on energy you feel?

This time of year coming up tends to be hard for people to stay on top of things.

It’s very easy to lose your way.
Just curl up on the sofa lose motivation with yourself and with work.
You become weak and pathetic.

This time of year IS tough.
Being prepared is key.
And no I am not going to give you a boring tonne of preparation tips that you can think about and forget.
I’m simply going to be blunt.
I know that every year around this time I lose a tonne of motivation. In ALL area’s of my life.
This is the argument I have with myself on health and fitness (you’ll be shocked):
It’s cold and dark, so why train what’s the point?
I have no holiday to look good for? No kick up the back side to get me in gear.
So straight away usually I lose motivation in this area ADMITTEDLY. Hey I’m normal. JUST. LIKE. YOU.
But it’s obvious to why.
And that’s because I LOSE my “WHY?”….
Ya see looking good on holiday is great.
BUT being a fat dad in photo’s looking plumpier, feeling tired, bloated and unattrractive is f***in sh*t and horrible.
Especially when I’m in a photo with the best thing in my life being my little girl and I look a mess.
One day Bella will look back on them photo’s with me and I’ll end up thinking damn at what point did I let it go.
What a shame.
So remember, what is YOUR WHY ON health and fitness.
That is my why. It maybe similar to yours?
But that’s what gets me ready for it right now.

In this email I am going to let you know EXACTLY what it is.

On This Morning the other day there was a bloke talking about his diet.
The “diet” is actually something that ticks all my boxes for a good diet.
BUT would I eat what he eats.
Infact I probably wouldn’t keep it down!
It was eating insects (alongside your normal veggies etc).
I know right…. EWWW!!!
And before you ask…
No he wasn’t a stick thin stick insect.
Just a healthy looking guy.
This guy was eating worms, things that look like wasps.
Infact the wasp looking criturs were on a pizza…
I hope it was gluten free
The next thing I know the silverfox Phil Schofield was woffing them down too!
He was loving it.
Clearly wouldn’t break in Im A Celeb!
Anyway these criturs are actually supposed to be very nutritious.
And like I say anything that was ever alive or has grown from the ground that can be eaten – normally gets a thumbs up from me.
However I just wouldn’t be able to do it.
Call me a wimp if you like I can handle that!
Guess what though…
It was actually The perfect diet….
Not for you maybe
BUT FOR HIM!
So what is THE perfect diet?
My reply may shock a few of you.
Here it is…..
The PERFECT diet in my eyes is this.
It provides you with heaps of energy.
It makes you feel good.
It makes you feel confident with how you look.
It gives you a good sleep.
It makes your skin clear.
It puts a spring in your step.
It makes you positive.
It makes you strong.
It makes you happy.
It makes you healthy.
And if it does all that then your onto a winner on one condition…
That you can stick to it.
Now before you think….
“Well eating chocolate makes me feel good, happy and I can stick to it”
I agree with you slightly….
But in reality it ends up contributing to making you feel fat and unhappy
And there is probably a lot of things contributing to that right now
Don’t get me wrong I’d never want you to cut out choccy for example completely.
It’s nice to have it here and there.
And let’s face it when you can’t have something ….
YOU WANT IT MORE!!!
So don’t see it as your cutting something out.
See it as your no longer contributing to feeling fat and unhappy.

The anger pains when straight down my back once I read it.
High Protein Diets “As Bad For You As Smoking”
What a headline.
Felt like the hulk!
They’ll contradict this next week with their next health claim.
It just leads to pure confusion.
One minute the reporter will highlight you needs to cut out carbs.
Next week sugar.
Following week fat.
And now protein.
It’s clearly best if you starve yourself and don’t eat in their eyes.
“If your gonna die do it with starving yourself.”
Yet the government wonder why they’re is a obesity epidemic.
The people like you who struggle with weight don’t know what to do with health and nutrition.
People see this misleading research and believe it.
It’s research, it’s been reported.
Must be true.
In this american research they pick on protein.
Actually pretty vague.
Because when talking of animal protein there is a lot that CAN cause diseases.
Overloading on processed animal meat.
Lot’s of red meat has links also.
And stuff like cheese that effects the digestive system etc.
One qoute from a nutrition scientist said this on the study….
“While this study raises some interesting perspectives on links between protein intake and mortality… It is wrong, and potentially even dangerous, to compare the effects of smoking with the effect of meat and cheese.”
One of the professors said this too…
“Further research is needed to establish whether there is any link between eating a high protein diet and an increased risk of middle aged people dying from cancer.”
If your eating sausages, bacon and burgers all the time as your protein source than yeap you’re probably not doing yourself favours.
And in the same article…
“Chicken, fish, pulses, vegetables, nuts and grain are healthier sources of protein.”
Say’s it all.
That’s all people really need.
The right guidance of what to be eating.
Not scare mongering tactics of morons.
You can’t slam protein when the research is based on cheese and burgers.
It’s funny how they don’t put the scientist in the headlines for saying how this study is dangerous right?
Now don’t get me wrong…
They’re is an association with everything death and cancer.
Just like there is a association with swallowing and death.
But don’t be mislead by moron reporters following dodgy research.
They make money with the headlines.
They don’t make money with your health.
I actually try to avoid reading articles like this.
But I had too, I’ve seen it everywhere.
Take it with a pinch of salt (if you’re allowed).
And keep on staying healthy.
Here’s a guideline of what you should be eating at each meal.
A fist size of protien (meats etc)
A fist size of carbs (veggies)
Some Fat (coconut oil)
Add in a fist size of starchy carbs like rice.
Or even some sugar (fruit)
Carbs, proteins, fat and sugar all have their place.
It’s all “balanced”
However it’s not all created equal.

At the time I was gutted.
You see I had built a successful small business out of helping people.
It was the only income I had.
And I was about to lose it.
I had stopped my personal training business to focus on making this group thing work.
It meant everything to me.
Now I faced losing it all.
But the thing is….
It kicked me up the arse.
It drove me to where we are today with having our own unit and things couldn’t be better.
So when we were at our lowest point….
We’re at our highest.
WHAT YOU CAN LEARN….
Whenever you’re at your lowest. You’re just one step away from a huge breakthrough.
When something can’t get any worse. Something huge can happen.
It’s just up to you to turn the negative into a opportunity.
We say we have failures.
Really nothing is a failure.
We can learn from failures and negative times and twist them into opportunities.
You’ve never failed a diet if you’ve learnt from it.
Like right now for example….
There are a lot people down in the dumps.
You don’t need to man up.
You just need to find yourself.
We all go through it.
Let me tell you something….
It doesn’t last forever unless you want it too.
I’ve been in times like I thought….
“Shit this ain’t getting any better there’s no hope”
But every time I think that there is a breakthrough on it’s way.
At the moment you may feel down with your body.
A little rounder than you’d like.
Unhappy with what life is throwing at you right now.
Frustrated that you can’t do nothing about it.
Upset that every time you try to lose weight it doesn’t work out for you.
This is your opportunity to have your breakthrough.
You’re right there at the edge.

Why another day?
So you can stay feeling fed up with yourself and your body a bit longer?

P.S What’s stopping you?
43, senior civil servant working on education policy.
I have 2 grown up kids who I am devoted too. They are my number 1 priority but
that meant I gave up on me to look after them.
Non working time was for them….
I was member of a gym… Paid a fortune weekly to see a Personal Trainer,
and have been part of yoyo dieting with lots of comfort eating
as I really didn’t have any space to deal with me!
I’ve constantly focused on helping others and was too exhausted to
deal with my emotions!
My daughter got into med school and rather than being elated I fast
forwarded 6 years to her graduation and was worried at how obese I
would be and if I would fit in one seat 🙁 Sad but true.
Before seeing Michael I was scared. Totally scared, I really felt ugly
ungainly worthless and I truly didn’t think anything would help!!
But regardless I came along.
I thought I did ok, then I realised I had a long journey to go.
I Met some amazing people even on my 1st day and came back for the 2nd.
My diet was so bad where I really lacked nutrients I actually threw up.
It was a kick up the bum for me!
But MG is amazing. Calm patient knowledgeable and guided me on track.
Camp makes the days stresses worthwhile. I live a million miles away… But I feel
more alive after a session than at any other time!
My skin is better, I have more energy, I am more alert and I deliver more at work and home… It’s my time for me!
I don’t need to comfort eat or push the feelings down, I have my friends
at the session and in the online group for support.
I psyche myself up even to master ground star jumps but the feeling when
I finish them is just true elation…it’s my feel good factor!
Over past month have lost 23lbs and 11.5 inches!!!
Still some way to go but it’s just super super super good to be alive
and flourishing! Started at size 18 now a curvy 12!!!
|So a common question I get asked this….
“How can I get rid of my cellulite”
Let’s face it you hate it.
It is right up there with stretch marks!
You see it in the mirror on your thighs and there ain’t no airbrush to sort it out!
You gotta hide it from the hubby and when you wear a dress you’re busy making sure it’s cellulite proof.
I know when I wear dress it is the first thing I look out for 😉
Anyhow I want to help you fight it from the thighs.
A bit like when your tired and your other half makes the move!
You see it is caused be estrogen dominance.
Something that beautiful women tend to be full of!
Scientifically you need to increase foods with indol 3 carbinol in to bind with the estrogen and take it out of the body….
Your not a scientist here so what that basically means is this……
You need to eat a lot of watercress and greens with your meals.
You also need to increase vitamin c. This repairs the collagen in the skin where the cellulite is present.
Foods with vitamin c:
Hot chillies (red and green), Bell peppers, Herbs like Thyme and Parsley, Dark Leafy Greens like Kale, Broccoli, Kiwi Fruit, Oranges, Strawberries.
