"Life before starting was lots of biscuits and coffee. I keep thinking I needed to do something about my weight but kept putting it off. It wasn’t until I saw a video of myself from from a holiday I’d been on dancing with my daughter that I thought I need to change. I wanted to change for my children but I also needed to do it for me and I wanted to do it.
I saw The Fit Body Formula online and also a friend was doing the 6 weeker. She said how good it was and how friendly the people were so I went for it. I was nervous for my first session but everyone was really welcoming and I just got in with it.
It was literally only a week and I knew it was for me. I loved it. Something different every day. After the 6 weeks was up I decided to invest in myself and signed up for the year.
I feel fantastic now. I’ve lost 5st in 22 months. I just didn’t realise how much weight I had put on. The exercise is not only good for keeping me fit and maintaining a healthy weight but it’s great for my mental health to. I always look forward to going. I’ve made some amazing friends too. And to top it off I became a trainer which I love. I get to help people and I understand how they feel as I know what it’s like to start at the beginning."
